Philip Kotler’s ASEAN Trip ~ on Marketing for Business Results to Southeast Asia

After 10 years, Philip Kotler is back in ASEAN!

Seeing the ASEAN region as an upcoming formidable market, the World’s Marketing Guru is embarking on a special ASEAN tour to the five cities of ASEAN. In 2006, Kotler visited China and India, the two power houses of today’s world. This year, he will be returning to Jakarta where the Philip Kotler Center for ASEAN Marketing (PKCAM) is located, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.

Kotler believes that ASEAN has tremendous untapped potential to become a highly energetic and profitable market. The East Asia Summit held in Cebu this year, where the ASEAN Community 2020 was accelerated to 2015 proves the commitment of ASEAN leaders in uniting ASEAN as a single community at a much faster rate. The ASEAN market is forming fast, the ASEAN market is real!

But, how do companies go about in penetrating this region and thriving in it?
Kotler will be sharing his years worth of wisdom, experiences and advices to government ministry and agency officials, company leaders, business visionaries, academicians, marketing managers in his seminars around the region.

This line up of seminars are organized by PKCAM in collaboration with local partners in each country, including one of Asia’s top three business schools, the Nanyang Business School in Singapore.
